Rutland Barracks/ Saturation Patrols/ DUI Arrest

SATURATION PATROLS

 

On August 10-11, 2018, between 2130 and 0200 hours, Troopers from Rutland Barracks conducted a saturation patrols in the Towns of Danby, Rutland and Fair Haven (VT).  Troopers focused their efforts on stopping and arresting individuals operating under the influence of alcohol and / or drugs. 

 

While on patrol, Troopers initiated 24 traffic stops, issuing 11 VCVC’s and 16 written warnings.  1 operator was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol (DUI), while 2 other operators were found to have been operating under civil suspension.
