SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/06/18, at approximately 2022 hours, Troopers responded to the area of Radway Hill RD & VT ROUTE 30 in the Town of Newfane, VT for a report of an ongoing family fight.

 

Upon arrival, Troopers located Nicholas Fisher on Harris Hill Road. Fisher was found to be operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for DUI.  It was determined that Fisher was acting disorderly alongside the road when the incident was initially reported by passerby's.

 

It was determined that no injuries were sustained to either party during the family fight.  Fisher was processed for the above mentioned offenses and released to a sober friend.  Fisher was also found to be in possession of a civil amount of marijuana, as well as operating with a suspended license and unregistered car.  He was issued VCVC's for those three violations.

 

Fisher was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on 06/26/18 at 8:00 am to answer to the charge of DUI and Disorderly Conduct.
