SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On June 12th, 2018, the Vermont State Police Westminster Barracks stopped a 2008 silver Volkswagen Jetta, being operated by Mathew Conkey of Rockingham, for travelling 106 MPH in a posted 65 MPH zone. Conkey was transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing. He was released with a citation to appear in Windham County Criminal Court on July 31st, 2018.
