SUMMARY OF CRASH

 

On 6/5/18 at 07:56 Vermont State Police investigated a two vehicle crash on Dover Rd. in Newfane. Harold Fuller was traveling east in a 2018 Ford F150 and a deer ran onto the road so he braked but struck the deer. Troy Fuller was traveling behind him in a 2005 Chev. Classic and rear ended him. There were no injuries except for the deer. The Ford did not appear to have damage from the deer but it had rear end damage. The Chev. had front end damage. Troy Fuller was issued tickets for violating Title 23 VSA 1039, Following too close and Title 23 VSA 800a, Operating without insurance. He was also issued warnings for unregistered vehicle and misuse of plates.
