INCIDENT LOCATION: Haven Hill Road, in the town of Londonderry

VIOLATION: Domestic Assault

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Londonderry, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On June 5, 2018, at approximately 10:51 PM, the Vermont

State Police were notified of a domestic assault on Haven Hill Road, in the town

of Londonderry, Vermont. After an investigation, it was determined that

Paisley Barr, 18 of South Londonderry, assaulted a household member. She was

arrested and transported to the Winhall Police Department for fingerprints and

processing. The Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division was notified

of this incident and issued Barr conditions of release. Barr was

released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal

Division on June 6, 2018 at 12:30 PM for the charge of domestic assault.
