Vermont State Police operational changes on marijuana enforcement

Attached is a copy of the training bulletin distributed to troopers to update them on operational changes within the Vermont State Police arising from legal changes affecting cultivation, possession and use of marijuana.

VERMONT STATE POLICE TO HOLD MEDIA AVAILABILITY ON OPERATIONAL CHANGES RELATED TO MARIJUANA LEGALIZATION

 

 

The Vermont State Police invites members of the media to a roundtable discussion next week regarding the impact of recreational marijuana legalization on agency operations such as training and enforcement.

 

WHEN: 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 19.

WHERE: Vermont State Police headquarters, 45 State Dr., Waterbury.

WHO: Capt. Jim Whitcomb, staff operations commander.
