CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Island Pond (Brighton), VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 06/11/18 at approximately 1540 hours, State Police responded to the area of 1746 Memorial Drive in St. Johnsbury after receiving a report about a vehicle operating unsafely. Citizens made contact with the operator to render assistance before police and EMS arrived. After troopers and EMS personnel arrived and investigated, police took Lynn R. Stetson, 70, of Island Pond into custody for suspicion of DUI. Stetson also had a criminally suspended license and two outstanding warrants for DUI #2 in both Essex and Caledonia Counties. Stetson was processed for DUI and transported to Northeastern State Regional Correctional Complex (NERCC) in St. Johnsbury.
