SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On 6/10/18 at approximately 0255 hours Troopers were dispatched to a residence on  Willey Hill Rd in Topsham for the report of Carroll Avery breaking into the home of a former household member. Troopers learned that Avery had prevented this person from initially calling 911. Avery met with Troopers later that day and he was processed for suspicion of Burglary, Domestic assault and Interference with Access to Emergency Services. He was released with conditions and a citation to appear on 6/11/18 to answer the charges.
