SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: Upon investigation on 6/14/2018, Steven Hough was found to have violated conditions of a Final Abuse Prevention issued by Orange county Court. Hough was issued  a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court on 7/25/2018, for the offense.
