SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On  June 9th, 2018 at approximately 1900 hrs, Trooper Filipek observed a vehicle traveling North on Interstate 89 at 105 MPH. The posted speed limit on this section of public highway is 65 MPH. The vehicle was stopped at the Georgia Rest Area and the operator was identified as Tyler Gulfied (age 30). Gulfied was arrested for Negligent Operation of a motor vehicle on a public highway. Gulfied is cited to appear in Franklin County Superior Court to answer to the charge of Negligent Operation.
