SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On June 11, 2018, at approximately 1627 hours, Troopers with the Vermont State Police –Shaftsbury Barracks responded to a family fight that occurred in Pownal, VT. Upon arrival, an investigation revealed William J. Brown committed the offense of Disorderly Conduct. Brown was taken into custody and transported to the State Police Barracks in Shaftsbury for processing. Brown was cited to appear in Bennington Superior Court- Criminal Division at a later date and released on court conditions.
