SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On June 10, 2018, at approximately 1410 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks were conducting traffic enforcement on US Route 4 in Killington, when a vehicle was observed traveling at a high rate of speed. The 2010 Dodge Challenger was measured traveling at 84 mph, in a 50-mph speed zone. The vehicle was stopped and the operator was identified as Robert S. Davey of Peabody, Massachusetts. Davey was processed at the Rutland Barracks and issued a citation to appear at Vermont Superior Court, Criminal Division, on July 23, 2018 at 8:30 AM, to answer to the charge of Excessive Speed.
