SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

                On June 7, 2018 at approximately 0630 hours, State Police started receiving calls regarding a truck driving erratically on I-89 near Georgia. A short while later, this same truck was called in as driving the wrong way down the interstate (I-89).

                Border Patrol units were able to initiate a motor vehicle stop and determine that the operator was Noah Meese (age 37) of West Glover. Meese was extremely confused as to where he was and didn't know what time of day it was.

                He was arrested at the scene and later charged with gross negligent operation. He was ordered to appear in Vermont Superior Court on July 30th to answer to that felony charge.
