SUMMARY OF CRASH: On June 12, 2018, at approximately 1249 hours, State Police were advised of a two-car motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Vermont Route 22A and Richville Road in the Town of Shoreham. State Police arrived on scene and identified Operator#1 as Juvenile AM. Juvenile AM advised that prior to the collision she had been stopped on Richville Road. As she proceeded to travel through the intersection with Vermont Route 22A, Juvenile AM stated that she collided with a vehicle travelling southbound. State Police subsequently spoke with Operator#2, identified as Skylar Browder. Browder advised that prior to the collision she had been travelling southbound on Vermont Route 22A at approximately 50-55mph. As she passed the intersection of Richville Road, Browder stated that a vehicle failed to stop at the stop sign and proceeded collided with her. Both vehicles were totaled as a result of the crash. No injuries were sustained. There were no indicators that alcohol or drugs played a factor in the crash.


State Police were assisted on scene by the Shoreham Fire Department, Shoreham Rescue, and Middlebury Rescue.
