SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On the above date and time, State Police responded to a report of a single vehicle that went off the road and hit a tree.  The operator advised that one of his two dogs hit the shifter, causing him to go off the road.  Lynch's operator's license was found to be under criminal suspension.  Lynch was issued a citation of Driving with Suspended License.  He is scheduled to appear in Washington County Superior Court - Criminal Division on  07/26/18
