INCIDENT LOCATION: Newfane Hill Rd, Newfane

VIOLATION: Disorderly Conduct

 

ACCUSED: Joseph Runge                                               

AGE: 36

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Newfane, VT

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 05/13/18 at approximately 0337 hours, the Vermont State Police arrested 36 year-old Joseph Runge for Disorderly Conduct.

Troopers encountered Runge while attempting to locate a suicidal subject in the area of Newfane Hill Rd, In the Town of Newfane.

 

During the investigation, Runge became disorderly and  threatened Troopers participating in the investigation. After Runge was detained, he made several threats towards Troopers.

Runge was ultimately taken into custody by Troopers for the offense of Disorderly Conduct.

 

Runge was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on 06/26/18 at 8:00 am to answer to the charge of Disorderly Conduct.
