VIOLATION: Possession of a depressant

 

ACCUSED: Tiffany R. Marsh

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Chester, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On May 11, 2018, at approximately 6:26 PM, the Vermont

State Police stopped a 2002 Kia Spectra on VT RT 103 in Chester, Windsor County.  After an investigation, it was determined that the operator, identified as Tiffany

Marsh, 38 of Chester, did not have a valid license, and was in possession of a controlled substance.

 

Marsh was arrested and transported to the Westminster State Police Barrack where

she was fingerprinted, photographed and released on a citation to appear in

Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division on June 26, 2018, at 0800

hours.
