SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 05/13/2018 at approximately 1525 hours, a member of the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle operated for Pallman on Interstate 91 in Westminster for speeding, a violation of Title 23 VSA 1004. During the roadside investigation, it was determined that Pallman was Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol. Pallman was taken into custody and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing.
