INCIDENT LOCATION: Landgrove Road Landgrove, Vermont

VIOLATION: 1'st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault, Interference with Access to Emergency Services, Disorderly Conduct, Unlawful Mischief

 

ACCUSED: Peter K. Merryman                                               

AGE: 31

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Landgrove, Vermont

 

VICTIM: (The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of

sexual assault or domestic violence.)

AGE: 33

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Landgrove, Vermont

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On the above date and time, Vermont State Police were dispatched to a residence on Landgrove Road in the Town of Landgrove for a domestic assault complaint. Investigation revealed Peter K. Merryman had assaulted a household member.

 

Merryman was later located and arrested for 1'st Degree Aggravated Domestic Assault, Interference with Access to Emergency Services, Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Mischief. Merryman was processed at the Winhall Police department and later lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Facility on no bail.
