SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On the above date and time the Vermont State Police responded to an address on US Route 5 in the Town of Sutton for a reported trespassing. Investigation revealed that Gordon Kidder, 31 of Sutton, was on the property after being served a notice of no trespass. Kidder was issued a citation to appear in Caledonia Superior Court for the charge of Unlawful Trespass.
