SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On the above date and time the Vermont State Police responded to Weaks Place in the Town of Walden for a reported single vehicle crash. Investigation revealed that James Bussiere, 18 of Waterford, VT, was traveling east on Weaks Place when he lost control of his vehicle and went off the road. After the vehicle left the road it collided with a large tree resulting in extensive front end damage. The force of the crash also caused the vehicle's frame to buckle. Bussiere was not injured and the vehicle was towed from the scene. Bussiere was issued a ticket for failing to drive within his proper lane of travel.
