SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On May 13th, at 0026 hours a member of the Vermont State Police stopped Cory LaPlant on Dunsmore Road in the town of St. Albans due to a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that LaPlant did not possess a valid Driver’s License, and was in fact under criminal suspension at the time of operation. LaPlant was charged with Driving While License Suspended, and released with a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on June 25th 2018 in order to face said charge.
