SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On May 8th, 2018, at approximately 2200 hours, VSP was notified of a 911 call from a residence on Reservoir Rd in Berkshire. Troopers arrived, separated and interviewed all parties. After investigating, there was probable cause that Michael Brown (age 33) committed the offenses of Second Degree Domestic Assault, Offences Committed Within Presence of a Child, Interference with Access to Emergency services, Driving with a Criminally Suspended License. He was arrested and transported to the St. Albans Barracks for processing, and ultimately lodged at Northwest Correctional Facility with bail set at $10,000.
