SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On May 16, 2018, at approximately 1524 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks responded to a single vehicle crash on Lincoln Hill Road, at the intersection of Town Hill Road, in the Town of Shrewsbury, Vermont.

Through investigation it was learned that the 2014 Honda Motorcycle operated by Anthony Leiner (79) was traveling westbound on Lincoln Hill Road, intending to turn left onto Town Hill Road. Leiner lost control of the motorcycle which caused him to slide onto its left side.

The Vermont State Police were assisted on scene by Shrewsbury Fire Department and Regional Ambulance Service. Benny’s Towing removed the vehicle from the scene.
