SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On May 5, 2018 at approximately 1:45 PM Mary Morrill reported that Brent Morrill

had violated the conditions of a restraining order she had been granted by

Windsor County Superior Court; Family Division.

 

At the completion of a short investigation consisting of interviews Vermont

State Police arrested James Morrill of South Royalton Vermont without incident

on May 11, 2018 for violating the conditions of his restraining order.

 

Morrill was released on a citation to appear in Orange County Superior Court;

Criminal Division on May 11, 2018 at 12:30 PM.
