Press Release – Highway / Traffic Notification

Interstate 89 onto I-189 westbound is substantially backed up with traffic due to a mulit-vehicle crash on I-189 near Shelburne Road.  This is the area of Exit 13 in South Burlington. Troopers are working to clear the crash scene as quickly as possible, but motorists should avoid the area if possible and expect delays due to the backed up traffic.

Specific details on the crash are not yet available, but no serious injuries have been reported.  A detailed press release will be issued when available.

Please drive carefully.
