INCIDENT LOCATION: U.S. Route 7, in the Town of Wallingford

VIOLATION: Driving Under the Influence

 

ACCUSED: Heather Hunt                                             

AGE: 38

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Wallingford, Vermont

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 05/12/18, at approximately 1851 hours, Troopers from the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks, were notified of an impaired driver leaving the Cumberland Farms Service Station, located on U.S. Route 7, in the Town of Wallingford.  Trooper located the tuck and identified

the operator as Heather Hunt, of Wallingford, Vermont.  During the interaction with Hunt she displayed several indicators of impairment.  She was subsequently

taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to the State Police Barracks in Rutland for processing.  After processing Hunt

was released to a sober party.
