SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 05/17/2018 the Vermont State Police responded to Harwood Union High School for a juvenile that had been struck by a motor vehicle in the crosswalk near the school.  The operator, later identified as Vasseur left the crash without providing identification.  The juvenile sustained minor injuries. Vasseur was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court-Criminal Division to answer to this charge.
