On the above date and approximate time, VSP-Derby Troopers on patrol on Rte 105 in Newport Town stopped a vehicle for a moving violation.  The operator, identified as Sarah Ray, was found to have been operating with a revoked license.  She was issued a citation to appear in court and released from the scene on personal recognizance.
