SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 04-26-18 at approximately 3:15 pm, the Vermont State Police responded to a two car crash on Route 9 in the town of Marlboro. 

 

Upon arrival, it was determined that the driver of a Chevrolet Trailblazer veered into the opposite lane causing his vehicle to strike a Jeep Wrangler traveling east on Route 9.  The operator of the Chevrolet, Kody Crosier, was transported to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for sustaining minor injuries to his upper body. 

 

The operator of the Jeep Wrangler sustained no injuries as a result of the crash. Pending further investigation, a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint may be filed against Crosier for failing to stay within his lane and a defective part on his vehicle.
