VIOLATION: Assault on a Protected Professional

 

ACCUSED: Clarke Comollo

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Dorset, VT

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On April 16th 2018 at 2033 hours, the Vermont State Police received a request for assistance from fire and EMS personnel at the scene of a residential structure fire in Dorset. Investigation revealed that Comollo had assaulted EMS personnel who rescued him from the interior of the burning structure. Subsequently, Comollo was arrested for Assault on a Protected Professional.

 

Comollo was released on a citation to appear before the Bennington County Superior Court- Criminal Divison on June 4th 2018 at 0815 hours to answer to the charge of Assault on a Protected Professional.

 

The Manchester Police Department, Northshire Rescue Squad, Dorset, East Dorset, and Manchester Fire Departments assisted during this incident.
