LOCATION: Grafton Road, Townshend, VT

VIOLATION: DLS Criminal

 

ACCUSED: Joshua D. Boivin                                            

AGE: 35

CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Putney, VT

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 02/13/2018 at approximately 0812 hours, a member of the Vermont State Police conducted a motor vehicle stop of a vehicle operated by Boivin on Grafton Road in the Town of Townshend for an expired inspection sticker. 

 

During the roadside investigation, a check of Vermont DMV records was conducted. The record revealed that Boivin was under criminal suspension.

 

Boivin was taken into custody and transported to the Windham County Sheriff’s Office for processing. Boivin was issued a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division to answer to the charge of DLS Criminal. Boivin was also issued a VCVC for the inspection violation.
