SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 02/12/18 at approximately 1315 hrs the Vermont State Police stopped Michael Dreiblatt on US RT 7 near mile marker 17/8 in the town of Shaftsbury or a

vehicle inspection violation.  During the stop, Dreiblatt was found to be impaired by drugs.  A search of his vehicle located contraband and a small

amount of marijuana.  Dreiblatt was arrested and charged with Driving Under Influence of Drugs. 

 

Dreiblatt was released on a citation to appear at Bennington Criminal Court on 3/26/18 8:15 AM for the offense of DUI Drugs.
