SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On 01/13/18, at approximately 6:15 PM, the State Police were notified about an incident that took place at a residence on VT Route 30, in the Town of Townshend. Investigation revealed that Marshall Parker, age 36, of Townshend, VT, endangered a child within the residence. Parker was subsequently placed under arrest for cruelty to a child, and transported to the Westminster State Police Barracks for processing. Parker was released with a citation to appear in Windham Superior Court Criminal Division on 01/16/18 to answer to the charge.
