SUMMARY OF CRASH:

On 1/12/2018, at approximately 1930 hours, Troopers with the Vermont State

Police, St. Johnsbury barracks responded to a report of a vehicle down an embankment off of Old Center Road in St. Johnsbury, VT. Upon investigation, it was determined that the operator, Reynolds (79) of St. Johnsbury, VT, was

travelling too fast for conditions, a violation of Title 23 Vermont Statues

Annotated 1081(d). The vehicle suffered moderate front drivers side, and

moderate rear passenger side damage. A contributing factor to this crash was

heavy fog which reduced viability in the area.
