SUMMARY OF CRASH: On January 2nd 2018 at approximately 1430 hours, Troopers with

the VT State Police responded to a 2 vehicle crash on US Route 2 in St.

Johnsbury. Investigation indicated both vehicles were traveling West on

US Route 2 when Vehicle 1 (Linda Lewis) turned to enter a U turn at the junction

of North Danville Road. Vehicle 2 (Linda Leone) was in the passing lane a

short distance behind Vehicle 1. Vehicle 2 was preparing to pass when Vehicle 1

turned in front of the vehicle. Operator 2 was unable to avoid the collision and

the front of Vehicle 2 struck the driver's side of Vehicle 1, causing damage to

both vehicles.
