SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On October 10, 2017, at approximately 10:50 P.M. a Trooper with the Vermont State Police, Westminster barracks, came upon a motor vehicle crash on Route 9 in Marlboro near Macarthur Road. During the course of the investigation, the operator, Andrew Eames, was suspected of being impaired. Eames was arrested, and transported to the Westminster barracks where he was processed for DUI drugs.
