CITY, STATE OF RESIDENCE: Naples, Florida

 

 

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On this date and time, Vermont State Police responded to Interstate 91 northbound, near mile marker 14, in the Town of Dummerston (Windham County) Vermont, for a report of male dressed in black running in and out of traffic.

 

Vermont State Police responded to the area and located 61 year old Susan Hosmer of Naples, Florida, in the break down lane of Interstate 91.  Vermont State Police arrested Hosmer for Disorderly Conduct,  Impeding the flow of traffic, and later had rescue personnel transport her to Brattleboro Memorial Hospital for a mental health screening.

 

Hosmer was issued a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on October 31st, 2017 at 0800 hours to answer to the above charge.
