ACCUSED:  Edward Arbuckle

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On 09/20/2017, at approximately 8:21pm, members of the Vermont State Police responded to a residence on Merrill Drive, in the town of Brookline, for a report of a domestic disturbance.

                Upon arrival, troopers met with Edward Arbuckle, 50, of Brookline, and discovered he had committed the offense of domestic assault. Furthermore, troopers also discovered he had been operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

                Arbuckle was arrested and transported to the Westminster Barracks where he was fingerprinted, photographed, and processed for domestic assault and DUI #3. Arbuckle was ordered by the Honorable Judge Michael Kainen to be held at SSCF until sober.
