SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: On 08/04/2017 Vermont State Police were assisting Dover, VT Police with locating a stolen dirt bike. During the course of this investigation the stolen vehicle was located at a residence on Thompsonburg Road in the Town of South Londonderry and Felicia M. Woodruff was arrested for possessing/buying stolen property. Woodruff was transported to the Winhall Police Department for processing and was later released on a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on September 12, 2017.
