SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: State Police were traveling north on VT 12 in Randolph when a Subaru Forester was observed traveling south on VT 12  at a high rate of speed. Radar indicated the Subaru's  speed to be 83mph in a posted 50 mph zone. State Police stopped the Subaru on VT 12 in Randolph Village. The operator was identified as Wilder. Wilder was cited into Orange Superior Court to appear on September 13, 2017
