Vermont State Police-Middlesex/Saturation Patrol

PRESS RELEASE-Saturation Patrol

               

On August 12, 2017, Troopers from the State Police in Middlesex conducted saturation patrols on the State roads within Washington County, as well as the designated safety corridor on I89, with the focus being speed, distracted driving and impairment.  During these patrols, Troopers conducted a total of 50 motor vehicle stops, resulting in 38 tickets, 25 warnings, and 1 arrest for DUI.
