Accused: Jason Robison
Age: 42
City, State of residence: Bellows Falls, VT

On August 09, 2017 at approximately 1500 hours State Police in Westminster arrested Jason Robison for his involvement in a theft of cash from the Dummerston Exit 4 Sunoco Station on April 19, 2017. The other accused in this case, Justin Clouart, had previously been arrested for his involvement in this case.  Robison was charged with Petit Larceny.

Robison was also charged with Burglary, Unlawful Mischief, Unlawful Trespass and Grand Larceny for committing a break-in at the Exit 6 Sunoco Station in Rockingham during November of 2016. Robison gained entry into the store by smashing the glass in the door. Robison then stole numerous cartons of cigarettes with a value exceeding 1,000.00. 

Robison was currently out on conditions of release from the court due to unrelated charges and was found to be in violation of several of his conditions. 

The Honorable Katherine Hayes set bail on Robison at 10,000.00 and he was lodged at the Southern State Correctional Facility in Springfield. Robison was scheduled to appear at the Windham District Court for his arraignment on August 09, 2017.

SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:  On the morning of 04-20-17 Vermont State Police,
Westminster Barracks, received a report of a larceny at the Interstate-91 Exit 4
Sunoco in the Town of Dummerston.  Two male subjects arrived at the store in a
possibly green in color sedan bearing an unreadable VT registration.  It appears
one of the subjects distracted the store clerk which provided the subject with
the opportunity to go behind the counter and take an undisclosed amount of cash
from the safe under the cash register.    Anyone with information that can lead
to obtaining the identity is respectfully asked to contact the Vermont State
Police, Westminster Barracks.
