Interstate 89 north, in the area of mile 55 (between exits 8 and 9) in Middlesex is blocked and there are traffic delays due to a car fire.  One lane should be opening shortly, but motorists should expect delays in the area. 

 

There's no current estimate on the duration of this incident, and specific details on the fire are not yet available.  Updates will be provided as appropriate.
