SUMMARY OF INCIDENT: on 8/13/2017, at approximately 1358 hours, Vermont State Police initiated a traffic stop for littering on Broad Street in Lyndonville, VT. DMV records indicate the operator, Alicia Mitchell (27), has a criminally suspended license. Court records also indicate Mitchell has pre-trial court conditions to not operate a motor vehicle. Mitchell was taken into custody and brought to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing, where she was later cited and released.
