SUMMARY OF CRASH: On 7/31/2017, at approximately 1525 hours, Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle ATV crash at the intersection of Fulton Road and Flanders Brook Road in the town of Newbury, VT. Investigation revealed the operator, Brandon Smith (15), was operating an ATV when he hit an object on the side of the road and crashed. Smith was transported to Cottage Hospital for treatment to minor, non-incapacitating injuries.
