SUMMARY OF CRASH: On July 30th 2017 at approximately 0748 hours Troopers with

the VT State Police were traveling East on US Route 2 when they came upon a

vehicle which had traveled off the roadway and into an embankment on the the

south side of the roadway. The operator of the vehicle Allison Peck reported she

was traveling East on US Route 2 when she fell asleep. Peck reported waking up

as she hit the guardrails on the south side of the roadway. Pecks vehicle

traveled through the guardrails on the South Side of US Route 2 and into an

embankment causing heavy damage to the front of the vehicle. Peck reported she

was not injured as a result of the crash.
