SUMMARY OF CRASH: On August 7th 2017 at approximately 1104 hours Troopers with

the Vermont State Police responded to a single vehicle crash on I-91 Northbound

near mile marker 115/4. Troopers learned that Jason Beedy was traveling North on

I-91 when his vehicle left the roadway and stuck a guardrail. Beedy's vehicle

then overturned multiple times before coming to rest on its drivers side. Beede

was able to exit the vehicle and was evaluated by EMT's at the scene. Beede

declined EMS transport and no injuries other than minor lacerations to his arm

were reported. Beedy reported he was reaching for a water bottle on the passenger

side of the vehicle when his vehicle left the roadway.
