SUMMARY OF CRASH:

 

On the attached date and time, Vermont State Police were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle crash on Severance Hill Rd, in the Town of St. Johnsbury, VT. Upon investigation, it was found Operator #1 hydroplaned off the road. In doing so, Operator #1 hit a mail box and a telephone pole. The operator was wearing his seatbelt and no injuries were reported during this crash.
