SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

 

On August 5th 2017, at 2010 hours, a member of the Vermont State Police stopped Jonathan Webb on Route 104 in the town of St. Albans due to a motor vehicle violation. Subsequent investigation revealed that Webb did not possess a valid Driver’s License, and was in fact under criminal suspension at the time of operation. Webb was charged with Driving While License Suspended, and released with a citation to appear in Franklin Superior Court on September 18th 2017 in order to face said charge.
